Artichoke-Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 6 oz. jar artichokes in water
- 6 oz. jar marinated artichokes
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 oz. can green chili peppers, chopped
- 6 oz. jar pimentos, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, drained
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp capers, drained
Instructions
- Drain and chop artichokes and blend with crab, 1/2 - 3/4 of the cheese and mayonnaise. Pour into greased pie plate.
- Top with chilies, pimentos, capers and remainder of the cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
