Artichoke-Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. jar artichokes in water
  • 6 oz. jar marinated artichokes
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. can green chili peppers, chopped
  • 6 oz. jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, drained
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 3 tbsp capers, drained

Instructions

  1. Drain and chop artichokes and blend with crab, 1/2 - 3/4 of the cheese and mayonnaise. Pour into greased pie plate.
  2. Top with chilies, pimentos, capers and remainder of the cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
