- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 4 oz instant chocolate pudding mix (1 pkg)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 3/8 cup Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur
- 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
Combine everything in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
You can mix a glaze of Bailey's and powdered sugar until it reaches a thick consistency and drizzle it over the cake. Everyone likes the cake just fine without the glaze. It's great for an occasion if you want it to look a little more fancy.
