Baltimore Style Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb Lump Crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Old Bay


  1. Mix all ingredients and make into patties.
  2. Roll in all purpose flour.
  3. Saute or pan fry in butter until golden.
