Blueberry Clafouti

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Butter
- 3 cups Blueberries
- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 tbs Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 9-inch baking dish, and add the blueberries, in a blender, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, salt and flour, and blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the blueberries and bake in the pre heated oven until browned and set in the middle, about 40 minutes.
- Serve hot, warm or room temperature topped with plenty of powdered sugar.

- Because the clafouti Is not very sweet, cover with more powdered sugar than you think advisable. Use a shaker, a flour sifter or a fine-mesh strainer to apply the sugar.
