Christmas Eve Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 tbsp tapioca
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 24 ounces V8 Cocktail Juice
Instructions
- Cube and trim fat from meat
- Place meat and vegetables in a cassarole dish
- Season well with salt and pepper
- Pour in V8 Cocktail juice
- Sprinkle with tapioca
- Cover and bake at 250 degree oven for 5 hours or in a crockpot on low for 12 hours
