Christmas Quiche

Christmas Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 Pie crust, uncooked
- 1 Shallot, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 3 Sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped or julienned
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 5 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Half-and-half
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Pepper
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Ham, diced in 1/4" pieces
Instructions
- Sauté veggie's
- Blend eggs & milk mixture in a bowl
- Place veggie's and chopped ham in pie crust
- Add chopped or julienned sun-dried tomatoes and shredded cheese
- Pour egg mixture over veggie's and cheese
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
- Enjoy!
