Christmas Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie crust, uncooked
  • 1 Shallot, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 3 Sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped or julienned
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Ham, diced in 1/4" pieces

Instructions

  1. Sauté veggie's
  2. Blend eggs & milk mixture in a bowl
  3. Place veggie's and chopped ham in pie crust
  4. Add chopped or julienned sun-dried tomatoes and shredded cheese
  5. Pour egg mixture over veggie's and cheese
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
