Coleslaw with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 8 oz shredded coleslaw
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 12 oz pineapple chunks; drained and cut in half
- 1/3 cup light mayo
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Add the pineapple to the cole slaw and carrots.
- In a small bowl stir together the mayo, yogurt and vinegar; pour over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and toss.
