Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Stew beef chunks
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 4 carrots sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 10 small onions, peeled
  • 4 stalk celery, trimmed and chopped
  • 3 tbsp Tapioca; quick-cooking
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 24 ounces V8 Cocktail Juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook in covered casserole at 275 degrees for five hours. Don't touch!!
