Ingredients
- 2 lbs Stew beef chunks
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 4 carrots sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 10 small onions, peeled
- 4 stalk celery, trimmed and chopped
- 3 tbsp Tapioca; quick-cooking
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 24 ounces V8 Cocktail Juice
- salt to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook in covered casserole at 275 degrees for five hours. Don't touch!!
