  • 1 lb cooked macaroni
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 medium and 1 small can of tomato sauce
  • 1/3 to 1/2 lb Velveeta
  • 1 good-sized onion, chopped


  1. Cook macaroni.
  2. Drain the macaroni leaving a little water in the pan.
  3. Add cooked and drained ground round. Stir well.
  4. Add tomato sauce and onion. Stir well.
  5. Cut up the Velveeta into chunks and add to the mixture.
  6. Cover tightly and simmer until cheese melts.
  7. Add seasonings to taste.
  8. Stir carefully and serve!
