Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • dash Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 box Vanilla pudding (3 oz)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 20 ounces Peaches, pealed, pitted and sliced
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 tsp Peach juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine 3/4 cup flour with baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla pudding, butter and egg.
  3. Beat 12 minutes
  4. Put in 10 inch pie pan
  5. Drain canned peaches (save juice) or use fresh peaches.
  6. Place peaches on batter
  7. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 teaspoons peach juice
  8. Pour over peaches
  9. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon
  10. Bake 35 minutes at 350°
