Polish Sausage

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs smoked sausage
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 dashes tabasco
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring sausage to a boil in water and then drain.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over sausage.
  3. Cover and heat in a 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
