Russian Tea Cakes - Nut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Form into 1 inch balls.
  2. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 14 - 17 minutes.
  3. While hot, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again.
