Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Total Time 1 hour 50 minutes
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups 2% milk (consider using 1/3 half & half)
- 6 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups sliced or diced ham
- 1 small onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Make a white sauce - melt butter, stir in dry ingredients
- Add mink
- Cook & stir 2 minutes
- In a greased casserole and in layers combine potatoes, ham.
- Cover and bake 65 - 75 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes.
