Swedish Cabbage Roles

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp pepper
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup hot water
- 10 1/2 ounces tomato soup
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine meat, rice, sugar, onion, salt and pepper.
- Wilt the cabbage leaves by placing in boiling water for a few minutes.
- Place about 1/2 cup of mixture into each cabbage leaf and roll up securely. Place rolls into a baking pan. Dot each with butter.
- Combine water and soup and pour over the rolls.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.

I am not sure if this is the recipe that Mom used. But, i found this in one of her cookbooks with 2 X's next to it so I thought it might be the one!
