Vegetarian Goulash

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cups Wegmans Don't Have A Cow Meatless Beef Style Crumbles
- 1 can Beans
- 1/2 box elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp molasses
Instructions
- Cook pasta
- Sauté onion, green pepper and beef substitute (or ground beef) in olive oil
- Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce
- Optionally add 1 cup diced fresh tomato and/or beans
- Add cooked pasta to pan
- Add red wine vinegar and molasses
- Simmer for 10 minutes
