Watergate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup club soda or 7 Up
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cake: Mix ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  2. Frosting: Beat until thick. Add 9 oz. Cool Whip
  3. Fold and frost
  4. Refrigerate
