Chicken Casserole

I believe this is Peter's favorite - next to pot roast! It's also great for a party. Everyone seems to like it. Ignore the calories!

Total Time 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. (or to taste) dry onion soup mix
  • Stove Top stuffing

Instructions

  1. Cook, bone and break into bite-size pieces the chicken breasts.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, soup, and onion soup mix.
  3. Add chicken pieces to mixture and toss to combine. pour into large casserole (18" x 9").
  4. Top with stufiing made according to directions on the package.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (remove foil for the last 15 minutes to crisp and brown).
