Chili Cheese Pie

How many times have we all made this! Let's do it one more time!!

Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes


  • 2 cans chopped green chiles (mild)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk


  1. Line pie plate with chiles.
  2. Spread cheese over all.
  3. Beat eggs with milk and pour on top.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
