Clam Dip

  • 2 cans minced clams (tuna-fish size)
  • 2 large packages cream cheese
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Sherry (or any wine) to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients and put into a casserole.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
