Nanny K made these quite often - she always said that I did a better job rolling them up ...a likely story!

Ingredients
- 1 large package of cream cheese
- 1 jar of dried beef
- horseradish (to taste)
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese with horseradish - as hot as desired!
- Spread out the slices of dried beef, put a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in the middle, and roll it up!
