- 1 lb (more or less) cod, haddock or white fish
- 1/2 cup milk
- Bread crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter
- Grease baking pan - dip fillets in milk then roll in bread crumbs.
- Lay in pan and dribble butter over the top - generously, I might add!
- Bake uncovered in a 450 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
