Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef, lean for stewing
- 2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 cup white wine - I use dry vermouth if I'm out of wine
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and put in a 300 degree oven for 3 hours. The last hour I add carrots and a jar of small onions - mushrooms too!
- Serve over noodles or rice - the gravy is so good!
