Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef, lean for stewing
  • 2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 cup white wine - I use dry vermouth if I'm out of wine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and put in a 300 degree oven for 3 hours. The last hour I add carrots and a jar of small onions - mushrooms too!
  3. Serve over noodles or rice - the gravy is so good!
