Roast Beef Hash
I use Mom's old grinder to grind leftouer pot roast. Papa always has to have a poached egg on his!

Ingredients
- Leftover pot roast
- 1 large onion
- Leftover mashed or boiled potatoes (2 - 3 white potatoes)
- Leftover gravy
Instructions
- Grind pot roast, onion and potatoes in gravy.
- Brown in large frying pan, turning over so it gets brown and crisp.
