Sour Cream Coffee Cake
This is great any time you want to eat it - not only for breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 5 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Topping
- In a separate bowl mix:
- cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Grease and flour an angel food cake pan (a bundt cake pan works as well).
- Put 1/3 of batter in the bottom of the pan, 1/3 of the topping over that.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the topping.
- Pour melted butter over all.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
